The Lake!

This week for my blog post I chose to post my writing.It think
that it turned out all right.I wasn't trying to get a long story
just a short one.I think that next time I could improve on my
punctuation!

algorithms.

This week we were learning about algorithms.

I think that I was very successful with them

because I can now do them in the 1,000,000

and above.I now also fell really confident

in them!

The Busy Day!

This week for writing I choose to to do a fiction story with portia.Our goal
was to use similes,metaphors,personification,adjectives! I am happy with
how the hole story turned out! I think that i could improve on adding
more descriptive words!

My 12 times tables!

This week for my blog post i posted my 12 time tables!I only have to learn my 12 times!I know them when I do them in order but when we get tested by the teacher we have to do them in any order which  is where I struggle!I do find that I often forget what 12 times 6 is so I need to remember that the answer is 72!

WIND STORM!

This week Room 23 where learning about Metaphors.A  Metaphor 
is when you say something is something not say its like something!
Its is comparing it with something else!We needed to have a 8-12 
sentence metaphor poem.
We also had a choice of what we did our poem about,the choices 
were:Wind,Snow,Hail,Lightning!I found drawing the wind very hard.

The roller coaster ride.

This week for my moment in time writing I did it about going on the roller 

coaster at Rainbows End.Moment in time is when you focus on one part of 

the story.I chose the roller coaster part because it was lots of fun!To do this

frist I had to plan then write one copy then mark my goals and last I had to 

write this!I hope you like this.

Cookie testing!!!

Last week  the whos did a cookie tasting experiment. After trying to eat each cookie
we had to describe the cookie by using our senses.At the end we rank the senses
from the most important to the least.We collected the data and made grouped
bar graph.It is graph that shows the rank for each senses.
